We are all under so much pressure to do which doesn't leave time just to be. I'm gradually learning but the guilt monster is frequently perched on my shoulder tellling me I should be doing this or that or the other......Curse of the modern age! The word 'elemental' sums up the need though and it is definitely not lazy - whoever said doing is better than being has alot to answer for.
